A team from the River Oak Grace Community Church made their first trip to serve with Iglesia Casa de Dios. Our Friends Doug and Sandy made the connection between this church and Casa de Dios. The team spent time putting on VBS programs in four different communities. These are the communities where Casa de Dios does a weekly Kids Club. They put on a fun event on the soccer field in Pacoche for families, to draw parents and their children together, they visited the Shekinah Orphanage in Manta and shared the Word of God through skits and songs. The team and the youth group of Casa de Dios bonded and did a great job serving. Pastor Jesse of the ROCC is feeling called to Ecuador. He is earnestly seeking God’s direction for him and his family. This would be an answer to prayer. Pastor Fabian and Graciela have been praying for a couple to come and live and serve in the community of San Lorenzo.
